IEEE student members shall receive eebot access free of charge.
A minimum of two pieces of I.D. is required prior to the renting of an eebot.
Eebots will be recharged free of charge within the first 45 minutes of rental.
NO food or drinks allowed on or near the eebots.
If the eebot is not returned exactly at the end of the rental period, actions will be taken to lock that student out of the EE computer network.
If the eebot has not been returned exactly 48 hours following the initial rental period, a $400 fee will be charged to the responsible student.

All electrical panels, cutoff switches or electrical supply system components should be worked on by authorized staff specifically authorized by ELCE staff.
When running power cables to experimental setups, care should be taken to avoid placing cords across aisles, if possible. Good housekeeping in the lab is also important. For example, care should be taken to ensure that floors are kept clean and clear of debris such as small lengths of wire, discarded wire ties etc. Any spills of oil or slippery liquid should be cleaned up immediately.
If you are soldering, eye protection should be worn.
WHMIS labels must legiable when handling hazardous chemicals or materials.
Supervisors must check the status of the room when it is opened and closed.
