Computer Vision and Image Processing Laboratory designs and develops algorithms in non-linear, medical and adaptive image processing, texture segmentation, character recognition, image and video coding and 3D computer vision.

Lightning Measurement Facility researches lightning-generated electric and magnetic fields by measuring lightning strikes on the CN tower using active antennae, and flash trajectories using a high frame-rate camera.
