- read data from an IEEE format
- create a network visualizer software on python
- provide interactive feature to show node and branch attributes

Suggested Approach

- explore graph theory models and visualizers in python freeware
- explore python GUI modules and methods
- ready IEEE data using open source modules
- create a interactive GUI
- Ensure pan and zoom functionality
