The lectures will be presented by two world renowned experts in the field, Prof. Thomas Huang of University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Prof. Sanjit Mitra of University of California Santa Barbara. ps. ICIP'02 attendees: The lecture series is held two days before ICIP'02 in Rochester, NY. Toronto is only a 3 hour drive from Rochester. You can easily arrange to attend both events on a single trip.
