With all the drilling complete, only a few earth movers remain
digging deeper along the east and wet sides of the north-end of the lot.

A wooden ramp/overpass is constructed on the sidewalk, covering a pipe (de-watering system)
extending from the inside the lot to the gutter.

The excavation depth varies considerably along the length of the lot; the north end is the deepest.

A few measurements still being taken. Most of the excavation work is completed;
the project has now gone out to tender and interested construction companies will bid on it.
