Mehmet Zeytinoglu
Professor Emeritus
I received BSc and MSc degrees in electrical engineering from Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 1978 and 1981, respectively, and the PhD degree in systems engineering from University of Pennsylvania in 1985. I held research positions at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA and Communications Research Laboratory, McMaster University, Canada. Since 1989, I have been with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Toronto Metropolitan University, Toronto, Canada.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
My main research interests are in audio signal processing, statistical data analysis and digital communication systems.
