Payal is a third year biomedical engineering student who will be the President of BMES for the 2016-2017 academic year. Her goal is to promote the student chapter (Ryerson BMES) and provide network opportunities for biomedical engineering students.

Vartika is a third year biomedical engineering student who will be serving as Vice President of BMES for 2016-2017. Her goal is to engage the biomedical engineering community at Ryerson by providing various opportunities for them to interact, network and learn more about their field.

Rabia is a third year biomedical engineering student who will be serving as Vice President of Events on BMES for 2016-2017. Her goal is provide the biomedical engineering student body a different ways to learn more about this field and connect with the professional world by organizing educational and networking events

Syeda is a third year biomedical engineering student who is the Vice President of Marketing for the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) for 2016-2017. As the VP Marketing, she works closely with the VP Events and VP Communication to market all events.

Ragavie is a third year biomedical engineering student who will be serving as this year’s VP of External Affairs for the Biomedical Engineering Student Society (BMES). Her main responsibility is to work on creating external connections and relationships with biomedical industry professionals and professors for BMES.

Suha is the Vice President of Finance for BMES. Her main job is to manage funds ensuring successful execution of all our events. She is a third year Biomedical Engineering student and enjoys participating and contributing to student groups. Feel free to contact her at syeda.rabbani@ryerson.ca

Kayla is a third year biomedical engineering student who will be serving as this year’s VP of communications for BMES. Her main responsibility is to facilitate communication activities and contribute to building external relationships with other organizations at Ryerson. She also aids in the promotion of BMES events via advertising and social media.

Katherine is a biomedical engineering student who will be serving as an executive member and second-year representative on BMES for 2016-2017. After having spent a year as a part of Ryerson’s engineering society, attending engineering conferences, and participating in competitions, Katherine has learnt that there is a plethora of opportunities that lie in engineering and even more to discover in biomedical engineering. She is incredibly excited to liaise between the biomedical engineering students and the professional world. Feel free to say hello!
