BME 100 Open House

2009

The students of Ryerson University’s BME 100 - “Intro to Biomedical Engineering” class displayed posters and hands-on projects during the first Biomedical Engineering Open House.  The posters related to position papers which the students also wrote, on topics ranging from the ethics of fetal therapy to the use of electronic medical records.  Other students conducted experiments ranging from elastic leg functions to heart physiology, displaying the results of these hands-on projects during the Open House.

More on the BME 100 course can be found on Dr. Smith’s homepage.
